I've been extra busy (and extra quiet) the last few weeks because I've been scurrying, hurrying to get everything ready. And now it's done. It's official. My house, like my love, is for sale.

WOOT WOOT! Congrats and best of luck!!
Selling the house or the love?
You're supposed to have something baking when folks tour the house. Make cookies. Or bake bread. So that your place smells home-like.
I learned that factoid from HGTV. Oh. And hide the porn.
Come on, big money, big money, no whammies! ;p
I've found a few places for you to look at here in Austin. ;)
Must be the season, as the big For Sale sign is up in front of my house, too. *sigh* and now strangers will be tromping around noticing if my grout is nasty...
Does that mean the house is going cheap?....
Kisses!
Wow...no little steps for the handsome guy down front; it's just balls to the wall House and Love for Sale.
You know I have my fingers crossed for you on both counts.
hohoho
my first thought was; does that make your realtor some sort of pimp? shudder
good luck on the sale; i'll contact st. joseph for you.
never mind the baking. just put a shallow pain of water on the stove with couple vanilla beans and cinamon sticks in it and simmer it for a few hours before viewings. smells like mom used to make and a lot less effort.
good luck with it all. any idea where you're going?
