OK, this is what's freaking me out
A Quinnipiac University Poll released on Thursday shows that Barack Obama trails John McCain in Ohio (by 5 points) and Florida. Hillary Clinton leads McCain in Ohio (by nine points), Florida and Pennsylvania. No one has been elected president since 1960 without taking two of those three states.

Don't forget all the feminists who will vote for the man who calls his wife a cunt if Hillary doesn't win the nomination.
Ummmm....what?
I like political tid-bit facts like that. It seems to convey we are a superstitious lot who need/want predictions how the future will be.
I see what you're saying, but it's an actual poll and real statistics, so there's some predictive value. It's not like they're casting sticks or reading entrails.
Polls always scare me because I feel that many people look to the polls to figure out how to vote. Any asshole with money can commission a poll with the results they want.
The Quinnipiac University Polling Institute is a valid one, though, so we have reason to be unsettled.
On a side note, elections always make me feel all important because I'm from Pennsylvania.
Perhaps the only time Pennsylvania's important?
