What you do to the least of my brothers, you do to me. The meek shall inherit the earth. That kind of thing. Didn't he specifically say that it is not our place to judge? Even if you don't believe in any god/God/Gawd, I think those are OK words to live by. You'd think, if anyone, the German Shepherd would get that.

What got me this week about Il Papa was his visit to the Auschwitz Concentration camp in Poland. I nearly fell off my chair when he was quoted as saying:
"In a place like this, words fail. In the end, there can only be a dread silence, a silence which is a heartfelt cry to God - Why, Lord, did you remain silent? How could you tolerate all this?" (Sydney Morning Herald, May 29).
Is this guy f**king kidding me! Why did the Lord remain silent? Forget the Lord, you ex-Nazi in a dress, why the f**k did the vatican remain silent? The heirarchy in Rome was well aware of what was happening to the Jews during the war, but choose to ignore it. Oh wait, John Paul 2nd apologized for this, didn't he? Welllllll, obviously that makes it Ok then.
Slightly off the subject of today's post... but it just occured to me that some time in the last month or so you started channelling an urban black woman on a semi-irregular basis... with the hizzay and the bitches and the use of z's instead of s's at the end of words...
